Thomas P. Smith (Maryland)
Thomas P. Smith was a judge on the Seventh Circuit Court for Prince George's County in Maryland. He served as a judge from June 24, 1994 until his retirement from the court on April 15, 2011.[1]
Education
Smith received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1964 and his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 1967.[1]
