Thomas Parker is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He began his term of service on March 25, 2016, and his current term expired on March 24, 2024.[1][2]

Parker was a judge on the Summit County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Ohio. He was first elected to the court in November 2008 and served until his appointment to the federal court in 2016.[3][4][5][6]
