Thomas R. Fitzgerald is a former Chief Justice of the Illinois Supreme Court.
Fitzgerald stepped down from the court on October 25, 2010, due to health reasons.[1] He passed away on November 1, 2015, after a battle with Parkinson's disease.[2]
Education
Fitzgerald received his undergraduate degree from Loyola University and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School.[3]
