Thomas R. Wright (Ohio)
Thomas R. Wright (Democratic Party) was a judge of the Ohio Eleventh District Court of Appeals. He assumed office on February 9, 2011. He left office on February 8, 2023.
Wright (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for judge of the Ohio Eleventh District Court of Appeals. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Biography
Education
Wright received his undergraduate degree in business administration from The Ohio State University in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1991.[1][2]
Career
Before his election to the court, Wright spent his career working as an attorney in private practice.[1]

Wright was elected to the Ohio Eleventh District Court of Appeals on November 2, 2010. He won the Democratic primary against Neil Wilson.[4] He defeated Eugene A. Lucci in the general election, winning 50.2% of the vote.[5]
