Thomas Richard Purnell
Thomas Richard Purnell (1847-1908) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.[1]
He was nominated by President William McKinley on April 26, 1897. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 5, 1897, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on December 19, 1908.[1]
