Thomas Shawn Hervey is the judge for the Harrison County Court of Common Pleas General and Domestic Relations Divisions in Cadiz, Ohio. He was appointed to the court by Governor John Kasich to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of former Judge Michael Nunner. Hervey assumed office on June 7, 2013, and served out the remainder of Nunner's unexpired term.[1][2] Hervey ran for re-election to the Harrison County Court of Common Pleas in 2014, winning a new term that expired on December 31, 2020.[3]
