Thomas Sheldon Maxey
Thomas Sheldon Maxey (1846-1921) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
He was nominated by President Grover Cleveland on June 18, 1888. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 25, 1888, and received commission that same day. He retired on December 12, 1916.[1] Maxey was succeeded in this position by DuVal West.
