Biography
Thomas Speciale was born in Peoria, Illinois. He has served in the United States Army since 1987. Speciale pursued his undergraduate education from Illinois Central College and Illinois State University and his graduate education from the American Military University. His career experience includes working as an Army intelligence officer.[1]
