Thomas L. Stockard is the judge for Department 1 of the Tenth Judicial District Court in Nevada.[1][2] He was appointed to the court by Governor Brian Sandoval on July 2, 2012, to fill the vacancy created by the death of Judge David Huff.[1] Stockard ran unopposed for re-election to the bench in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2021.[3][4]

Stockard successfully maintained his seat on the Nevada Tenth Judicial District Court after running unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]

Stockard received his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University in 1993.[7]

Stockard was appointed to fill a vacancy left by the death of former Judge David Huff.
