Thomas Sutler Williams (Federal judge)
Thomas Sutler Williams (1872-1940) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.
Williams was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Herbert Hoover. He was commissioned on November 11, 1929, and served until his death on April 5, 1940.[1]
