Thomas Clark Trimble III (1878-1965) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.[1]

He was nominated to the court by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on June 17, 1937, to replace John Ellis Martineau. He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate and received commission on June 18th. From 1948 to 1957, Trimble served as the chief judge of the court. On January 14, 1957, he assumed senior status, serving in this capacity until his death on July 6, 1965.[1]

Trimble received his LL.B. degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1902.[1]
