Thomas V. Manahan
Thomas V. Manahan was a judge on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.[1] He was assigned to the appellate division on September 1, 2014.[2] From April 14, 2014 to June 20, 2014, he was temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division for ten weeks.[3] Manahan retired in 2018.[4]
Education
Manahan received his undergraduate degree from St. Mary's College and his J.D. from the Seton Hall University Law School.[5]
Career
From July 2002 until he joined the Vicinage 10 Superior Court bench in April 2003, Manahan served as the director of New Jersey's Police Affairs in the Attorney General’s Office. He spent five years prior to that as a prosecutor for Union County. Manahan has also worked as an attorney in a private practice, as an assistant prosecutor in Union County and as a prosecutor for the City of Westfield.[5] Manahan was appointed to the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division on September 1, 2014.[6]
