Biography
Thomas Verde was born in Maryland. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 1987 and a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in 2004. Verde’s career experience includes working as a contract specialist and a contracting officer with the FCC.[1]
