Thomas Villa
Thomas Villa is the former Democratic Ward 11 representative on the St. Louis Board of Aldermen in Missouri. First elected in 2011, he won re-election in 2013. Villa initially filed to seek re-election in 2017, but ultimately did not appear on the primary election ballot on March 7, 2017.[1][2]
