Thomas W. Burkart was a candidate for the Third Circuit Court of Illinois in 2012.[1]

Burkart was defeated by Kyle Napp on Nov. 6, 2012, receiving 43.4% of the vote. He previously won the Republican primary on March 20, 2012, receiving 54% of the vote over Mark Rabe.[2][3][1][4]
