Thomas W. Cavanagh, Jr. was a judge on the Vicinage 9 Superior Court in New Jersey. He was appointed in 1998, and is now retired.

Education

Cavanagh received his bachelor's degree in 1969 from Seton Hall University. He earned his J.D. from the university's law school in 1972.

Career

Before joining the Superior Court, Cavanagh spent over 20 years as an attorney. After his retirement from the bench, he joined McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP as legal counsel.
