Thomas W. Cooper, Jr.
Thomas W. Cooper, Jr. is an active/retired circuit court judge for the Third Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly in February 1992. Cooper retired in September 2006 and has been serving as an active/retired judge for the Third Judicial Circuit since then.[2]
Education
Cooper received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of South Carolina in 1963 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1973.[2]
