Three candidates remain for Arizona Supreme Court

Arizona: Yesterday, the Arizona Judicial Nominating Commission submitted three names to as possible candidates to succeed Justice Michael D. Ryan (Arizona) on the Arizona Supreme Court. Those candidates are Ann Timmer and Diane Johnsen, judges of the Arizona Court of Appeals and Robert Brutinel, Yavapai County Superior Court judge.[1]
Governor Jan Brewer will have 60 days to choose a new justice. In Arizona, the governor has final say in judicial selection.[2]
