Three finalists chosen to replace Judge Carr

Ohio: Three candidates have been chosen as possible replacements for Judge James G. Carr on the United States District Court for the District of Ohio. Carr recently assumed senior status and will no longer work as a full-time judge. Democratic U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown will make the final recommendation to the President.
Candidates:
- Steven Collier is a lawyer with the firm of Connelly, Jackson, & Collier.
- Jeffrey Helmick is a lawyer with the firm of Gamso, Helmick, & Hoolahan.
- Thomas J. Tucker is a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Michigan.[1]
