Three magistrate positions on ballot in New Mexico

Farmington, New Mexico: There are three positions open on the Magistrate Court of Farmington, New Mexico.

  • Candidates for the Division 2 seat include: Daryl Junes-Joe, Matthew Tso, and incumbent Stanley King. They are all Democrats.
  • For Division 3, the candidates, all Republicans, include: Terry Pearson, Mark Hawkinson, Bill Standley, and incumbent William Vincent.
  • The Division 5 race will be Republican James Mosberger vs. incumbent Stacey Biel, a Democrat.

Primary elections will be held for Division 2 and 3 on June 1, 2010. The Division 5 race will be part of the November 2010 general election.[1]
