Three nominees remain to fill Boehm vacancy

Indiana: The judicial nominating commission in Indiana has settled on three candidates to fill the seat of the retiring Theodore Boehm on the state's Supreme Court. The finalists are:
- Steve David, of the Boone County Circuit Court;
- Karl Mulvaney, an Indianapolis lawyer and former Supreme Court administrator; and
- Robyn L. Moberly, a judge of the Marion County Superior Court.
Governor Mitch Daniels will appoint the new justice. Before making his appointment, the governor said he will meet with each candidate. He has sixty days to announce the appointment.[1][2]
