Three recommended for Minnesota Court of Appeals judgeship

Saint Paul, Minnesota: The Minnesota Commission on Judicial Selection has selected three potential replacements for retired Judge Harriet Lansing on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Their recommendations were announced on November 14. Gov. Mark Dayton will make the appointment. The candidates are:
- Assistant Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary of the Second Judicial District
- Administrative Law Judge Manuel Cervantes of the Office of Administrative Hearings
- Judge Teresa R. Warner of the Second Judicial District
