MADISON, Wisconsin: A webinar to review and analyze Tuesday's historic state government elections begins at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 5.

Sponsored by the Franklin Center, the webinar features a variety of election experts and analysts who will scrutinize the results of the elections of state constitutional offices, state house results and state ballot measures and provide a range of perspectives about how the election results will impact re-apportionment and change the state political structure as the 2012 election cycle begins.
