As the founder of Style Mobb University, a nationally accredited cosmetology and business school, Tiffany has helped hundreds of students gain professional training, licensure, and entrepreneurial skills that allow them to thrive in the beauty and service industries. Her work has centered on creating real pathways to economic independence and workforce development.
In addition to her work in education and entrepreneurship, Tiffany has served as an advocate and registered lobbyist, using her voice to elevate the concerns of everyday people and protect regulated professions such as cosmetology and barbering. She believes that policy decisions should reflect the real-life experiences of the communities they impact.
Tiffany is running because she believes leadership should be rooted in service, accountability, and community understanding. Her mission is to advocate for stronger education that prepares students for life and careers, support small businesses and working families, and ensure that communities across Georgia are informed, empower and represented.- Education That Prepares Our Children for Real Life I believe our education system must prepare students for the real world—not just standardized tests. Today, too many students graduate without the life skills, career exposure, and financial knowledge they need to succeed. Only about 35% of Georgia 12th graders are reading proficiently, which shows we must return to strong fundamentals like reading, writing, comprehension, and critical thinking. Our schools should also introduce students to career pathways, entrepreneurship, and workforce opportunities so every young person graduates with direction, confidence, and the tools needed to build a meaningful future.
- Fair Wages and Communities That Work for Families Hardworking people deserve wages that reflect the real cost of living. Families should not have to work multiple jobs and still struggle to meet basic needs. When wages are fair and opportunity is accessible, families are stronger, small businesses thrive, and communities become more stable. I believe government should work to support working families, protect seniors, and create pathways to economic mobility. My goal is to ensure that everyday people—not just institutions—are considered when decisions are made that impact our neighborhoods, our schools, and our local economy.
- Strong Support for Small Businesses and Licensed Professionals Small businesses are the backbone of our communities, and licensed professionals such as cosmetologists, barbers, and service-based entrepreneurs deserve respect and protection. These industries create jobs, build local economies, and provide opportunities for people to support their families. Across the country there are growing efforts to deregulate these professions, which could weaken safety standards and harm public health. I believe in protecting regulated professions, supporting entrepreneurs, and ensuring policies help small businesses grow so our communities remain safe, economically strong, and full of opportunity.
I believe hardworking people deserve wages that reflect the real cost of living. Families shouldn’t have to overwork themselves or sacrifice time with their children and loved ones just to pay basic bills. And third, I’m passionate about protecting licensed professions like cosmetologists, barbers, nurses, electricians, and other skilled trades. These regulations exist to keep our communities safe while protecting value.
