Patton was previously a trial attorney in the United States Trustee’s Office, Region 9, in Cleveland, Ohio and in Delaware. Before that, she was a lawyer in private practice at law firms in New York City and Cleveland, and a law clerk to judges in New Jersey, New York, and the Northern District of Ohio.[1]
