My name is Tim Feliciano and I am a resident of Lower Brule. I have ten years experience as a Tribal Conservation Patrol Officer and 9 years as a Federal Police Officer. I am a combat veteran and have served in the U.S. Army from 2004 to 2011. I have served three combat tours in the Middle East in serve of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
As Sheriff, I support: Transparency with the public and the media; Renewed commitment to community policing;

Focused and data-driven policing; Strong collaboration with other local and regional law enforcement agencies;

Stronger investments in behavioral health and substance abuse program.
