Tim Healy

Healy earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his J.D. from Pacific's McGeorge School of Law in 2000.[3]
Career
Prior to his election, Healy was a deputy district attorney for the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office.[3]

Primary: He was successful in the primary on June 3, 2014, receiving 35.5 percent of the vote. He competed against Hugh K. Swift and John J. Trifilo.
General: He defeated incumbent Hugh K. Swift in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 53.1 percent of the vote.
