Tim Kenney was a 2016 nonpartisan candidate for District 10 of the Milwaukee City Council in Wisconsin. He was defeated by incumbent Mark Borkowski in the general election on April 5, 2016.
He also ran for District 11 of the Milwaukee City Council in 2015.
Biography
Kenney attended Thomas More High School and Milwaukee Area Technical College, receiving a degree in aviation maintenance. His professional experience includes working as a technician supervisor for the Department of Defense's 128th Air Refueling Wing Milwaukee.[1]

- Excerpt: "Tim supports the expansion of shotspotter, the addition of more officers, who can work in a hands-on way with our communities, as well as an increase and improval [sic] of technology. 2016
The city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, held elections for mayor and city council on April 5, 2016. A primary election took place on February 16, 2016. All 15 city council seats were up for election. Incumbent Mark Borkowski defeated Tim Kenney in the Milwaukee City Council District 11 general election.[3]

2015
The city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, held a special election for common council on August 18, 2015. A primary election took place on July 21, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 23, 2015. The election was held to fill the District 11 seat formerly held by Alder Joe Dudzik, who died in a motorcycle accident on May 22, 2015.[4][5] In the primary election, Tim Carpenter and Mark Borkowski advanced past Dennis L. Bach, Michael Sugden Jr., Michael Wm. Lutz, Tim Kenney and Bob Delgadillo.[6] Borkowski defeated Carpenter in the general election on August 18, 2015.[7]
