Timothy J. "Tim" Koenig is a judge for the 16th Judicial Circuit Court in Monroe County, Florida. He was appointed to the court by Governor Rick Scott on September 9, 2014, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge David Audlin.[1] Koenig will serve until the general election in 2016 at which time he will be up for retention.[2]
Education
Koenig received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Florida State University.[1]
Career
Before his appointment to the court, Koenig was a partner at the law firm of Feldman & Koenig, P.A. in Key West, Florida. He also previously served as an assistant state attorney for Palm Beach County.[1]
