Tim McFarland is a judge of the Gulf County Court in Florida. He was appointed to this position by former Governor Charlie Crist in October of 2010. He replaced Fred N. Witten. He was elected in 2012 to a full term that expires in January of 2019.[1]

2012 election

McFarland was elected to a full term in the primary on August 14, 2012. He defeated Brian Hill and Jarred Patterson with 57.7% of the vote.[2][3]
