Tim Mitchell
Tim Mitchell is the probate judge of Marshall County in Alabama.[1] He also was a Democratic candidate for District 9 of the Alabama State Senate in 2010.[2]

Mitchell defeated Kenneth Brothers in the June 1 primary. He was defeated by Clay Scofield (R) in the November 2 general election.[3][4]
