Biography
Tim Reed earned a B.S. in economics and computer science from South Dakota State University in 1988. Reed's career experience includes working as the CEO and chief economic development officer of the Brookings Economic Development Corporation and the development director of the South Dakota State University Foundation. He has served as the advisory board chairman of the Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment, the president of the Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board, and the mayor of Brookings, South Dakota.[1]
