Biography
Tim Reisch served in the South Dakota National Guard. Reisch earned a B.S. in public administration from Upper Iowa University, an M.S. in administrative studies from the University of South Dakota, and an M.S. in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College in 2005. His career experience includes working as a veterans service officer with Miner County, South Dakota.[1]
