  • Getting family and community involvement in our children's education. Getting families involved is paramount in having successful students. If the community is involved is also another part of having a successful educational program.
  • Getting our districts graduation rate to 95%. We are currently at 91% and there are a couple of groups that need a concentrated effort to make sure that these groups are getting what they need to be successful students.
  • Growing our already successful Career Technical Education (CTE) program. There are many students that do not want to go to a four year college right out of High School. I want these children to see there are other paths to a successful future.
Getting families involved in their children's education. I would like to propose a policy that would require families to attend parenting classes if their child has more than a set amount of office referrals.
