Timothy Volpert was 2012 judicial candidate who ran unsuccessfully for the Oregon Court of Appeals, Position 6.[1]

Judge Volpert earned his B.A. in political science from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.[2]

2012 election

Volpert ran for the Oregon Court of Appeals, Position 6. He earned 32.56% of the vote in the May 15th primary, but was defeated by James C. Egan, receiving only 41.20% of the vote in the November 6th general election.[3][1][4]
