A Timberlake Village Operation Expenses question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lake County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the village of Timberlake to renew a property tax of 4.2 mills ($4.2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund operating expenses.[1]
