Timmie Erin Elsner
Timmie Erin Elsner is a judge of the New York City Housing Court.
Elsner was appointed to this position in 1997 and was reappointed in 2002, 2007 and 2012.[1]
Education
Elsner received her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and her J.D. from the Villanova School of Law.[1]
Career
Elsner began her career in 1983, working for the law firm of Smith & Laquercia P.C. She then practiced law with Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer from 1985 to 1987, with Rosenberg & Estis P.C. from 1987 to 1992 and with Penn & Proefriedt from 1992 to 1996. She then worked briefly for the New York State Division of Housing & Community Renewal before she was appointed judge of the New York City Civil Court in 1997.[1]
