Timothy Boring
Timothy Boring is the Michigan Director of Agriculture and Rural Development. Boring assumed office on March 27, 2023.
Boring was appointed to replace former acting Director Kathy Angerer (nonpartisan).
Biography
Boring received a bachelor's degree, master's degree, and a Ph.D. from Michigan State University. Prior to his appointment as director, Boring worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.[1]
