Timothy Hogan (United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio)
Timothy Sylvester Hogan (1909-1989) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Hogan was nominated by President Johnson on September 30, 1966, to a seat vacated by John Peck II; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 20, 1966, and received commission on November 3, 1966. He served as chief judge from 1975-1977. He assumed senior status on September 24, 1979, and served in that capacity until his death on January 30, 1989.[1] Hogan was succeeded in this position by Walter Rice.
