Timothy J. Mahoney was the Chief Judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of Nebraska. He was elevated to the position of chief judge on December 17, 1987. Mahoney retired on January 31, 2011.[1][2]
Education
Mahoney earned a bachelor's degree and a J.D. from Creighton University.[3]
