Timothy K. Connell

Judge Timothy K. Connell

Timothy K. Connell was a Minnesota Fifth Judicial District judge for Rock County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position in 1987 and was elected to full terms in 1988, 1994, 2000 and 2006. He retired from the court in October 2011.[1]

Prior to his judicial appointment, Judge Connell worked from 1976 to 1987 as a private practice attorney with the firm of Skewes, Klosterbuer & Connell and in the public sector as a Rock County Attorney. He received his B.A. degree in Humanities from St. John's University in 1971 and his J.D. degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1976.[2]
