Timothy L. Fasing
Timothy L. Fasing was a judge for the Eighteenth Judicial District Court of Colorado. He was appointed to this position in 1995.[1] He was retained in 2010 to a six-year term that expired on December 31, 2016.[2][3]
Education
Fasing received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in 1970 and his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1975. He also attended the National Judicial College in 1991.[1]
Career
Fasing began his career in 1975 as a prosecuting attorney. He left this position in 1979 to work as a private practice lawyer for 12 years, until 1991. He then served on the Arapahoe County Court until his District Court appointment in 1995.[1]
2010 election
Fasing is up for retention with 60.83% of the vote in 2010.[3][4]
