Bulger ran for election to the multi-bench seat on the Washington County Court, the Washington County Surrogate's Court, and the Washington County Family Court.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 35.5 percent of the vote. He competed against Adam D. Michelini. [1] 

Education

Bulger received his undergraduate degree from LeMoyne College in 1978 and his J.D. degree from the Western New England University School of Law in 1983.[1][2]

Career

Bulger has maintained his general law practice since 1984, representing clients in both family and surrogate courts.[1][2]
