Timothy N. Philpot was a family court judge for the Fayette County Family Court of the 22nd Judicial Circuit, which serves Fayette County in Kentucky. He joined the court in January 2004 and retired at the end of 2017.[1][2]

Philpot was previously a member of the Kentucky State Senate, serving from 1991 to 1998.[1]
