Timothy O’Shea is a judge of the Colorado 10th District Court. He assumed office on July 1, 2021.

He was appointed to the court on May 13, 2021 by Gov. Jared Polis (D) to replace Kim Karn.[1]

Biography

O'Shea received his bachelor's degree from Colorado College in 1991 and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2007. He was the owner of O’Shea & Associates, LLC from 2007 to 2010. He then spent 3 years as Assistant Public Defender with the Cook County Public Defender from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, he was an attorney at Koncilja & Koncilja, P.C. Since 2019, he's been Of Counsel at Fuicelli & Lee, P.C.[1]
