Timothy Spahr is a judge for the Miami County Circuit Court in Indiana. He was appointed to the seat in November 2012 by Governor Mitch Daniels. The seat was previously held by Timothy's father, Robert, from 2007 to 2012. The former Judge Spahr passed away from cancer in September 2012.[1]

Timothy Spahr was elected to the Miami County Circuit Court in 2014, for a term that expired on December 31, 2020.[2]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on May 6, 2014.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. [2][3] 

Education

Spahr earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and later his J.D. from Indiana University's School of Law in 1997.[1][4]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Spahr worked as an attorney in private practice in Peru, Indiana for 15 years. He specialized in family law, adoptions, criminal law and estate and trust planning.[1]
