Education
Witkowiak earned his B.S. from Marquette University in 1981 and his J.D. from the same school in 1984.[1]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the circuit court, Witkowiak worked as a judicial commissioner and a partner with the law firm of Tylicki, Witkowiak, and Jennings in Greenfield, Wisconsin.[2]
