I’m Tina Moeinian. I'm running for the Jeffco School Board in District 5 because every student deserves a fair, safe, and supportive education. My career as an Equal Employment Opportunity specialist and mediator has been dedicated to resolving conflict, building collaboration, and ensuring all voices are heard, valued and respected. These are the values I will bring to serving on the Jeffco School Board. Jeffco Public Schools must get back to the basics: strong teachers in every classroom, a focus on student achievement, and opportunities for all students to pursue different pathways after high school. I will work side by side with families, educators, and the community to create stability, strengthen trust, and ensure the betterment of our schools. I will make the Jeffco School Board more transparent and accountable by ensuring the community is heard and that all students feel safe and welcomed.

Openness, honesty and transparency. The willingness to listen and be available to your constituents.
I am proud of being the first in my family to pursue higher education. Achieving my master's in Psychology and utilizing those skills to build a career in public service for the past 10 years. As an EEO specialist and now as a mediator. I enjoy bringing people together to help clarify concerns and assist the parties to develop a path forward.
