Biography
Tippi McCullough lives in Little Rock, Arkansas. McCullough earned an associate degree in physical education from Garland County Community College, a bachelor's degree in education from Ouachita Baptist University, and a master's degree in education from Henderson State University. Her career experience includes working as an educator. McCullough has been affiliated with the Arkansas Education Association Legislative Committee, the National Education Association Women’s Issues Committee, and the First United Methodist Church in Little Rock.[2]
