A Tiro Village Operating Expense Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Crawford County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.
This question authorized the village of Tiro to increase property taxes by 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund operating expenses.[1]

| “ | An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Tiro for the purpose of current operating expenses at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.20 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2] | ” |
